• Display advertising — Google AdSense ads appear on this site, clearly labeled "Advertisement." Ad placement doesn't affect which facilities appear in directory results or what our guides say.
• Lead callbacks — when you submit our "Get Help Now" form, our own team follows up directly. This is not currently a paid referral to a third party.

Not Currently Active, But May Be Added

We're evaluating a paid, flat-fee "enhanced profile" tier for facilities (expanded descriptions, photos, additional contact options) — priced as a flat subscription, not tied to how many inquiries a facility receives or converts. We're deliberately avoiding a pay-per-lead or pay-per-referral model: addiction treatment referral fee-splitting is federal criminal territory under the Eliminating Kickbacks in Recovery Act (EKRA), and several states have their own patient-brokering statutes on top of it. A flat subscription for visibility isn't the same legal animal as being paid per patient sent, but it still needs review before launch.

We may also work with treatment-focused affiliate programs in the future; if so, it will be disclosed per our Affiliate Disclosure.

What Will Never Be for Sale

Our "Verified" badge is not, and will not become, a paid tier. Verification status is governed entirely by our verification methodology — a facility's accreditation and licensure status, checked against primary sources, not by whether it pays us anything. Mixing "verified" with "paying customer" would make the badge meaningless for the person using it to make a decision, which defeats the entire point of having one.
