For Treatment Providers

RehabSeek provides independently verified treatment information to people searching for care. Here's how your facility's listing works, and how to manage it.

Claim Your Profile

Verification is never sold.

No facility can pay for verification, a better verification tier, a "Verified" badge, higher placement, or favorable editorial coverage. This is a permanent RehabSeek policy, not a promotional claim — see our How We Make Money page for the full commitment.

How Listings Work Today

Every center on RehabSeek is checked against independent sources — state licensing boards, CARF, Joint Commission records, or multiple corroborating directories — before it goes live. See our verification methodology for exactly what that process involves. This applies equally to every listing, whether or not a facility has ever contacted us.

Free Verified Listing

Every listed facility gets this at no cost, automatically, once verified:

There is no cost to be listed, and no cost to stay listed, as long as the underlying facts remain accurate.

Provider Plus (Coming Soon)

RehabSeek is developing an optional paid tier for facilities that want a more detailed public profile — an expanded description, photos, amenities, admissions details, and profile-management tools. It is not available yet. When it launches:

If you'd like to be notified when it's available, you can indicate that on the profile claim form below.

Claim Your Profile

If your facility is already listed on RehabSeek, or you believe it should be, you can request to claim and manage it. Claiming a profile does not change its verification status — it simply gives you a way to flag corrections and stay informed about updates.
