How Listings Are Selected

Baseline Requirements

To be listed on RehabSeek, a facility must have, at minimum:

• Active SAMHSA accreditation or valid state licensure for the level of care offered
• A verifiable, current phone number and physical address
• No unresolved, publicly documented state licensing violations at time of listing

Placement Is Not for Sale

Inclusion in the directory is never contingent on payment. A facility cannot pay to appear in state search results, and paid placements (if introduced in the future) will be clearly labeled as advertising — see our Advertising Disclosure.

Removal

A listing is removed if accreditation or licensure lapses, if we receive and confirm a substantiated complaint, or at the facility's own request.
