What This Policy Covers

This policy applies to health-related educational content — guide pages, treatment-type pages, and cluster hub pages — not to state directory pages or individual center listings, which are covered instead by our verification methodology.

Current Review Standard

Educational content on RehabSeek is written to align with publicly available clinical guidance — SAMHSA publications, CDC guidance, and standard treatment frameworks such as ASAM's levels of care — and is written to stay general and educational rather than prescriptive. It does not currently carry named clinical-reviewer sign-off, and we're not going to claim otherwise. If and when a named, licensed reviewer is added to the process, this policy and the affected pages will say so explicitly, with that person's real, verifiable credentials.

What Every Guide Page Includes

• A "Last reviewed" date, so you can see how current the page is
• A disclaimer that the content is general education, not medical advice
• Crisis resources (988, SAMHSA National Helpline) where relevant

Review Cadence

We aim to revisit guide content at least annually, or sooner if underlying guidance (SAMHSA, CDC, insurance/Medicaid rules) changes materially.
